1. Books and orders

We make every effort to ensure that book descriptions, images and prices are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel an order where necessary.

An order is accepted when payment has been received and we have confirmed the order.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through our nominated payment provider. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery

We will arrange delivery to the address provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

4. Returns and refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Where required by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

All text, photographs, graphics, book covers and other material on this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use this material without our written permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability.

We may update or change the website, including product information and these Terms, from time to time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
